Hey,
Try using maybe a total of three fonts (including the title) to help the heirarchy. Use color, slightly different font face (or use a serif) and different point size for heirarchy. For an early try it looks better than some stuff I've seen in school. :D
Cool beans!

The only thing i can see that i may have changed is the font colors. Maybe not using white for the less headline info just so its easier to see what it is that the main pull is.
I think its beautiful !

Hey I'm working on a similar project so it's fun for me to see someone else doing it :)

I think the color composition is gorgeous. And there appears to be a clear hierarchy for your headlines.

This is definitely picking on my part, but I would just say watch your kerning in the title. I don't know if you intend for the "K" and "A" to be touching in KARMA. And there's a bit of a gap between "0" and "1" in "1001" (the second pair).

Great job! I hope you keep us updated on your typography stuff :)

Hey JC. Thanks for the comments and good luck with your typography. I left all kerning at default :)

I think that it looks great! The black and white are very nice clean colors to use and the flow of each title follows the lines around the subjects profile. It works b/c it isn't distracting from the main subject and it still legible. In the future maybe try new colors like a blue cover may look great with a certain type of green or yellow. But so far so good in my book!

Thanks Jacob. I'm going to mix up to colors a bit on my next typography project. I think I am just being a wussy. :)
